These past few weeks have definitely brought about a slightly stronger me. Not physically stronger, emotionally stronger.

I’ve spent some time confronting scary thoughts and figuring out what I can learn from them. I’ve also managed to curb my need to study when it all gets too real.

Emotional strengthen is more important, in my opinion than physical strength. As a bad example: you can pay people to lift heavy stuff, but you can’t pay someone to take the hurt away.

I also feel that emotional strength is simultaneously easy and difficult to build. Easy if you have friends and family. Difficult because it means putting hard work in.

Jut my two cents, at least
