OK, so I realise that it’s been two weeks since I last posted anything up here, so I’ve decided that I’m going to write a short post on what I’ve been up to.

That’s, basically it.

Chairs

I bought a new chair for my PC desk.

Book

I bought a whole bunch of new books (physical and mobi).

Scripts

I bought Final Draft 8, and have been writing and re-writing some scripts.

I’ll go into all of those in more detail later on today, as I’m a little busy right now.

I’m also thinking of starting a “Those Games We Played” style section. Those Games We Played is a regular podcast (and now vidcast) by the guys over at LoadingReadyRun, detailing which games each member has recently played. I think it might help me find the motivation to write something new each week.

I really owe it to myself (and my mantra of constantly improving myself) to post something, at the very least, every two days. I think that apart of it is because I’ve yet to find a single topic to write about (although I’ve subtitled this blog with “The ramblings of a young programmer with too much time on his hands,” and could technically write about anything) and an audience to feed that to.

From now on though, I’m going to try and post something every two days – at the very least. A little more than micro-blogging (twitter and the like), but maybe a lot less than 1,000 words. Give or take.

Until later,have fun,

J
